By accessing our website at tintschoolonline.com (including any subdomains), creating an account, purchasing any course or product, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our website and services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Tint School Online provides online educational courses, training materials, downloadable resources, and community access related to the window tinting industry. Our services are delivered digitally through our website and course platform.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are displayed on our website and checkout pages at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes or fees.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
If you purchase the Full Plan, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The Tint Pack is a physical product included free of charge exclusively with the Full Plan, as stated on the checkout page. The Tint Pack is not sold separately. If you receive a refund for the Full Plan, you must return the Tint Pack unopened and in its original condition at your own expense. If the Tint Pack has been opened or used, the cost of the Tint Pack may be deducted from your refund amount.
After the 30-day refund window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to take full advantage of the course materials during the refund period to ensure our program is the right fit for you.
If you are on a payment plan and request a refund within the 30-day window, you will receive a refund of all payments made to date. After 30 days, you remain responsible for all remaining payments under the plan. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels. We ask that you contact us first to resolve any issues.
All content on our website and within our courses — including but not limited to videos, text, images, graphics, logos, course materials, downloadable resources, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of Tint School Online and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tint School Online, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access our courses and materials ceases immediately.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.
